Location is excellent, just a short walk to Terminal 2. Signage from the airport is really confusing, took us a while to find the hotel.

We chose this hotel for its convenience to the airport, and it did not disappoint with a quick and easy trip to catch our flight. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially at breakfast where they catered to specific dietary needs without any hassle. The soundproof rooms made for a peaceful night's sleep before our early morning travel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially at the reception desk. the room was spotless and very spacious, with a luxurious King bed that provided a great night's sleep. the soundproofing was top-notch, ensuring a peaceful stay. I also appreciated the abundance of plugs for charging devices and the efficient service in the restaurant.

One area for improvement would be clearer signage within the airport terminals directing guests to the hotel. It could save travelers, like myself, from getting lost and wasting time trying to locate the hotel after a long journey.

I stayed here as I had to check in for a flight at 8am but live over 4 hours away. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were amazing. Check in was fast and friendly. Conveniently located for Terminal 2 and 3 with good wifi signal for work. The relaxation facilities enhanced our stay, and nearby landmarks like Freddie Mercury Blue Plaque and Cranford Park offered unique family bonding experiences.

Even during these challenging times, the hotel handled the situation admirably. the Hilton Check-in Team even kindly extended our checkout time to accommodate our personal needs. the location was convenient, with easy access from the subway station. We highly recommend using a trolley if you have multiple luggages, as it's available to push all the way to the room!

Finding the hotel from the bus station was a breeze, just follow the signs for Terminal 2 and then look for the signs for the hotel. the rooms were comfortable and relaxing, and we especially loved the spaciousness and well-equipped amenities. the hotel also had a lovely cocktail bar and served delicious food.
